The RSDB (Resource Database) folder is used to store various resource data. The files in RSDB are RSTBL files in BYML format compressed with zstandard.

ActorSkinInfo.Product.100.rstbl.byml.zs Info related to actor skin data.
AnalyzedEventInfo.Product.100.rstbl.byml.zs Info for events in-game.
DVModelBakeInfo.Product.100.rstbl.byml.zs Names for Distant View (DV) baked models.
EnvPaletteInfo.Product.100.rstbl.byml.zs Info that points to names for environment palettes.
EventSetting.Product.100.rstbl.byml.zs Settings for every event in game. Most entries just list EventFlow file information.

RumbleCall.Product.100.rstbl.byml.zs Info for the various vibration setting files (BNVIB) used for the game.
